Our Process and Fee Structure

Initial Advice

First Meeting – We offer a free first meeting with no commitment on either side. This meeting is to allow us to gain a better understanding of your circumstances and objectives. At the end of which, we will provide you with your own specific Client Agreement detailing the fees for any work identified. No work will be carried out, and no fee incurred, until you decide to sign and return this agreement letter.

Report with recommendations – Once the Client Agreement has been received, we will carry out our research and prepare a written report, detailing our recommendations. This report will be sent to you, along with all the relevant documentation (i.e. illustrations, product details, etc), for your consideration.

Second Meeting – After you have received the report, we will contact you to arrange a second meeting to run through the recommendations together and discuss the details and their implications.

All fees are based on an hourly rate and a projected number of hours required to complete the agreed work, with an overall capped fee. The figures below show two typical fees:
As an example, a typical fee for a client requiring advice on £50,000 capital would be broken down into two elements:

£450 for the research & report.
£150 for implementation
£600 Total Initial Fee
As an example, a typical fee for a client requiring advice on £250,000 capital would be broken down into two elements:

£900 for the research and report
£450 for implement
£1,350 Total initial fee

Ongoing Advice

For all our clients, we recommend an ongoing service because, in our experience, the best outcomes for clients are achieved via regular reviews over the longer term, rather than a one-off transaction. This allows us to develop and evolve your strategy in light of future changes in your personal circumstances, the economic climate and political environment. In such cases, we will agree an appropriate level of ongoing service and confirm the relevant fee.
Our ongoing fee structure is as follows:
Platinum

Funds under management does not include bank or building society deposits.

etc) may incur a fee, but will be disclosed and agreed at the time.

Funds under management does not include bank or building society deposits.
