Mark Weber – Director, Financial Adviser

I have been an Independent Financial Adviser working with private clients since 2000. I like to work closely with clients to get a better understanding of their personal requirements so I can provide a bespoke service. I tend to specialise in retirement planning and wealth preservation, using various tax allowances to try to maximise the potential from a portfolio.

Dominic Davey – Director, Financial Adviser

I have worked as a Private Client IFA since 1990 and have been proud to offer independent advice to my clients on how best to handle their investments, pensions and their personal tax issues. I particularly enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and seeing the successful outcomes of our efforts.

Scott Weber – Administrator

After finishing my A-levels, I joined Davey & Weber IFA in September 2023 and have been learning the basics of the family business ever since. I have started to take the professional exams and intend to continue until I am fully qualified, and will then decide which subjects to specialise in. I am looking forward to broadening my skills and eventually working closer with clients.

Nathan Weber – Administrator

I started work for D&W in September 2025 and am committed to upholding the firm’s values of trust, reliability, strong relationships and personal service, while continuing to build the expertise needed to support clients more directly in the future. I look forward to achieving the required qualifications to become an Independent Financial Adviser and exploring some of the more specialist areas of financial planning.
